You want to watch a livestream or subscribe to the streams? No problem! Depending on the league or event, you will be offered different types of tickets for purchase.
First you have to create a user account. Just go to one of the streams and move your mouse over the stream where the countdown to the start of the game is displayed. You will now see a "Get Access" button, which you have to click on (if this button does not appear, or the countdown remains displayed, then the stream is either not yet paywalled at the current time, or you already have access to the stream).
Click on "Get Access" and a login window will appear. If you already have an account, you simply have to log in with your access data, otherwise it is necessary to create a new account. Of course, you can also have a new password sent to you if you have forgotten yours.
If you already have an account, you can log in here with your e-mail address and password.
If you forgot your password, you can reset your password by clicking on "here". You will be taken to the following page where you can enter your email and after clicking on "Send Link" you will receive an email with instructions to set a new password.
If you have not created an account yet, click on "I don't have an Account yet" to create a new account.

You have now created your account and will be able to proceed directly to the ticket portal. Click on "Continue to payment"
A browser window opens with the different offered tickets. In the following example you have the possibility to buy a one-way ticket (1), a "Follow your Team Ticket" (2) or a season subscription (3) for the whole league. If you have received a voucher code, you can redeem it under point 4 "Voucher".
For our example, let's choose option 2 and buy a ticket that allows us to watch all games of the desired team during the season.
Click on "Choose Option "You can now choose the team for which you want to buy the ticket. This function is also available for one-way tickets, where you can choose which team gets a share of the stream revenue. In this way, you can also support your team with the ticket purchase at an away game.
In the example, we want to purchase a Follow your Team ticket for the Thalheim Graz Giants, so we select this team in the selection.
After the team selection you will get to the selection of the different payment options. Choose your desired option and follow the instructions. After completing the payment, you will receive your access to the game(s).
